The Annual Meeting of Members will be held on Friday, 8 December 2023 at 4:00 EST PM, via Zoom. Final details for watching the meeting and any late-breaking news on attendance will be posted here, or you may call 800-850-2473 or email .

Pursuant to the provisions of Article II, Section 4(c) of the Bylaws of the American Birding Association, Notice is hereby given to members of the American Birding Association, Inc. that the Annual Meeting of Members will be held on Friday, 8 December 2023 at 4:00 PM EST, and at any adjourned meeting thereof, as follows:

  1. The election of directors;
  2. For such other matters as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournments thereof.

Only members who are in good standing as of December 7th, 2023, will be entitled to vote at this meeting. Please vote below (preferred), or complete the proxy ballot below (PDF), and place in an envelope, affix proper postage, and mail to: ABA Membership Vote, American Birding Association, PO Box 3070, Colorado Springs, CO 80934. You may also email a signed copy of the PDF version of this ballot (below), or sign into your ABA account to vote online (see below). Unless otherwise directed by you, your proxy will be voted for all nominated directors.
