Pursuant to the provisions of Article II, Section 4(c) of the Bylaws of the American Birding Association, Notice is hereby given to members of the American Birding Association, Inc. that the Annual Meeting of Members will be held on Friday, 11 November 2022 at 6:00 PM, at the Harlingen Convention Center, 701 Harlingen Heights Dr., Harlingen, Texas 78552, and at any adjourned meeting thereof, as follows:

  1. The election of directors;
  2. Proposed changes to the Bylaws of the Association (details below).
  3. For such other matters as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournments thereof.

Only members who are in good standing as of November 10th, 2022, will be entitled to vote at this meeting. Please complete the proxy ballot below (PDF), and place in an envelope, affix proper postage, and mail to American Birding Association, P.O. Box 744, Delaware City, DE 19706. You may also email a signed copy of the PDF version of this ballot (below). Unless otherwise directed by you, your proxy will be voted for all nominated directors.
