In accordance with the bylaws of the American Birding Association, the Board of Directors has set the date for the next Annual Meeting of the Members of the Association for Friday, December 10, 2021.

The Annual Meeting of Members will be held virtually on Friday, 10 December 2021 at 3:00 PM, at the ABA Headquarters in Delaware City, DE, though we do not expect in-person attendance to be possible this year due to the pandemic. Final details for watching the meeting and any late-breaking news on attendance will be posted here, or you may call 800-850-2473 or email .

Pursuant to the provisions of Article II, Section 4(c) of the Bylaws of the American Birding Association, Notice is hereby given to members of the American Birding Association, Inc. that the Annual Meeting of Members will be held on Friday, 10 December 2021 at 3:00 PM, to be held at the ABA Headquarters in Delaware City, DE., and at any adjourned meeting thereof, as follows:

1 • The election of directors, as described below;

2 • For such other matters as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournments thereof.

Only members who are in good standing as of 9 December 2021 will be entitled to vote at this meeting.
