Mexican Birding Adventures with “Chucho” Moo Yam
September 8, 2022
ABA Birders overlook Mexican birding at their own peril. The nation just to the south of the ABA Area hosts amazing culture, friendly people, and fantastic birds. Guest host Frank Izaguirre welcomes Mexican birder, artist, and photographer Jesús Antonio “Chucho” Moo Yam, who brings tales of birding adventure and community involvement, and reports on the the growth of ecotourism in Mexico.

I liked the podcast with “Chucho” and wondered if he had any other presence on the www. During the podcast, the host said his contact info (email) would appear on the ABA website. Just checked that and don’t find anything but ABA references! When someone shares on your show, it would be nice to be able to find out more about them.
Hi Claire,
Just another listener who wanted to find him on Instagram. I just clicked on Jesus’ name above in the podcast episode description. It went directly to Instagram, which has a link to his e-mail, if you were looking for that. But, I agree, not exactly clear.
Hope that helps!
Sorry about that Claire. We try not to put email addresses on our websites like that because there is a high likelihood that they get scraped by spammers. I hope that people are able to contact Chucho via his instagram account linked in the show notes.
