GIFT ACCEPTANCE POLICY
The American Birding Association (ABA) solicits and accepts gifts to help ABA further and fulfill its mission to inspire all people to enjoy and protect wild birds. ABA is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service of the United States (IRS) as a qualified tax-exempt IRC § 501(c)(3) not-for-profit. ABA’s tax identification number is 74-2347314 and the current IRS exemption letter is dated 2006. All charitable gifts to ABA are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
