The Cradle of American Ornithology IFO is open to the first 20 participants who register. Filling out the information below and clicking the "submit form" button will hold your place in line. We will process registrations in the order they are received, whether online or by phone, and will contact you within three business days to confirm your registration status and to verify payment processing. Cancellation policy: Full refund, less $100.00 per person administration fee, until Monday, February 25, 2013. No refunds after February 25, 2013.
Please note that lodging is not included in your registration fee. In our efforts to provide some flexibility to our members we have arranged this event so that participants are free to lodge where they please in Philadelphia. The IFO is based at the Best Western Center City Hotel. This is where the ABA staff will lodge, and also where field trips will depart and return.
If you wish to take advantage of the promotional rate at the Best Western Center City Hotel, make sure you've registered there prior to February 25, 2013. To receive this special rate, you must identify yourself as being with the "ABA" group. To make reservations you must phone the hotel directly to obtain the special rate.
