Dear Birders' Exchange

Enclosed are the photos of Alexis Cayasso Aleman in Tortuguero, Limon, Costa Rica, who is the young naturalist the Birders' Exchange program kindly provided with binoculars. As you can see, he was absolutely delighted. Also enclosed is a letter from Alexis expressing his gratitude. I have translated his letter below.

Sincerely,
Alicia Kamm

This letter is directed to the ladies and gentleman of the American Birding Association. I thank them very much for the gifts sent to me; the binoculars, the book, and the backpack which serve me greatly in my work and make it much easier to identify the birds and different animals. Previously I did not have binoculars. The new tools make me very happy and fill me with great pride because I feel that each day that passes I do my work better.

Sincerely,
Alexis Cayasso Aleman
