The Birders' Exchange Cuba Initiative is continuing its efforts to supply materials to education and conservation programs throughout Cuba.

Nils Navarro, foremost artist and instructor, provided these photos of a few of his students who are enrolled in his Wildlife Art Workshop at the Holguin Academy of Fine Arts in Holguin, Cuba. Nils students had been using used cardboard for their paintings since art supplies were in very short supply. Birders' Exchange provided Nils and his students with sketch pads, watercolor paper, paints, brushes and other art supplies, along  with books and  optics for their bird art studies. Birders' Exchange is pleased to be able to provide Nils and other educators and students with donations made possible through the generosity of donors to the Birders' Exchange Cuba Initiative
