Introducing the Birders' Exchange

Do you have an upcoming trip to a country in Latin America or the Caribbean? Would you be willing to take down donated equipment in your luggage on behalf of Birders' Exchange? We typically try to arrange airport meetings, but you may be asked to visit the exact location of the project. We try to work out the best arrangement for you, and for the project receiving the donations. We will mail you the equipment, and provide full customs documentation. Partial shipments are fine (e.g. if a project requires 15 binoculars and you can take just one or two, that's fine). Please contact Birders' Exchange, well in advance of your trip, for more details.
